Are you interested in working? We can help you to prepare for the workforce by accessing the supports and gaining the skills you need.

If you are between 15 and 65 years of age and have an NDIS plan with employment goals, we can help you on the road to employment. The focus is on preparation and ensuring you have the skills and supports to land the right job that’s a good fit for you.

We like to spend some time to get to know you and understand your needs because it’s not only about the supports you need, but about your interests, likes and dislikes. From there we can provide the right development program for your success.

Our Social Educators are fully trained in helping people from all backgrounds, with a variety of needs and interests and can help you gain more confidence and build on your everyday life skills.

We can support you to:

  • prepare for your day or special outing
  • attend medical appointments
  • cook and clean in your own home
  • venture out in the community
  • catch public transport
  • learning how to travel within and outside your neighbourhood.

You may just want to have fun and connect with people or develop your skills to become more independent.

Whatever your goals, we can help you work towards them and get better connected to your local community.
