Our Strategic Plan 2030

Our Strategic Plan sets the direction for CatholicCare Sydney over the next four years, outlining the priorities and outcomes we will work towards together. It provides a clear framework for decision-making, investment and continuous improvement, while helping us stay focused on creating meaningful and lasting impact for the people and communities we serve.

Our strategy is built around three interconnected pillars:

  3. A Mission-Led Workforce for a Changing Sydney

These pillars are underpinned by the way we work and the principles that will guide us: extending support earlier and more effectively; using evidence, data and lived experience to inform decisions; empowering our people to lead and innovate; building strong, enduring partnerships; and remaining responsive to the changing needs of our community.

Together, these priorities provide a shared focus for our work and a clear measure of the progress we will make towards our vision of a thriving, inclusive society where everyone finds support, purpose and belonging.
