Group and Social Programs

NDIS support coordinator providing guidance

Our programs give you the opportunity to learn important life and social skills, helping you build your independence and to make new friends.

We also offer one-on-one support to help you work on personal goals, including developing the confidence to attend appointments and participate in social events and activities.

‘I have made so many friends out on excursions, I love it and I meet new people and visit new places all the time’.

We like to spend some time to get to know you and understand your goals because it’s not only about the supports you need, but about your interests, likes and dislikes. From there we can provide the right help to help you succeed.

We can support you to:

  • prepare for your day or special outing
  • attend medical appointments
  • cook and clean in your own home
  • venture out in the community, plan your trip, and manage your money
  • catch public transport
  • learning how to travel within and outside your neighbourhood
  • communicate and develop peer relationships

You may just want to have fun and connect with people or develop your skills to become more independent.

Whatever your goals, we can help you work towards them and get better connected to your local community.

Our most popular activities are:

  • visits to parks, bowling and the cinema
  • farm tours to see and touch animals
