Post Separation Case Manager

  • Be part of a multidisciplinary and skilled team building innovative practice to assist separated families in high conflict to support the wellbeing and safety of their children
  • Permanent full-time position at Family Relationship Centre in Bankstown


Mental Health Case Manager – Personal Helpers and Mentors Program (PHaMs)

  • Offer case management to participants who identify as having a mental illness
  • Support participants to apply for and access the NDIS
  • Offer NDIS support co-ordination to eligible participants
  • Based in Liverpool (South West Sydney) – full time contract to 30 June 2019


Community Support Workers

  • Provide in-home support to the frail and aged
  • Requirement to work throughout Sydney Metropolitan area
  • Community language speakers encouraged to apply
