Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) is a structured process that helps separated or separating families.

The service aims to discuss issues around parenting, property, and finances, focus on the wellbeing of children, explore options and make decisions together, and avoid the time, stress, and cost of going to court.

Counselling and Separation Services provides professional support to support parents, children, carers, and families through the process of separation.

The program seeks to to reduce conflict, improve mental wellbeing, and create a more positive path forward. Our accredited counsellors are specialised in providing therapeutic support, information and referrals.

A group program supporting children (aged 7-12) through parental separation. The program provides opportunities for children to express emotions and feel understood during family transitions.

Owl Kids is a practical, child centred art and leisure therapeutic group, allowing children to make sense of their world and connect with others in similar situations.

Supervised contact visits and changeovers for children and their separated parents in a safe, child friendly space in Sydney’s Inner West.

This service is only for separated parents who have a parenting plan (mediation agreement) or Family Court parenting orders.

The Keeping Kids in Mind course is for parents experiencing conflict after separation.

The course aims to assist parents to gain insight and understand their children’s experience of parental separation, as well as helping parents to develop the tools and a greater understanding on how to support children following family separation.
