Restorative Care Pathway

Short-term support for recovery and wellbeing, with up to 12 weeks of intensive allied health, mobility support, and early intervention.

End-of-Life Pathway

Enhanced support for those choosing to stay at home in their final months, including priority funding and up to $25,000 in additional services over 12 weeks.

Private Care Options

CatholicCare Sydney also offers private care for those awaiting assessments, needing extra services, or preferring private arrangements.
