Child Inclusive Mediation

Children and adolescents are often forgotten about in the process of separation, particularly with issues regarding them. Our Child Inclusive Mediation provides a safe, confidential, and child-friendly space for children to share their experiences and needs, helping to influence the separation process and outcome, and share with their parents/carers their experiences.

Who is it for?

Child Inclusive Mediation is available for children (aged 3 to 17 years). Please note that we require parental/carer consent before the mediation commences.

How it works

You’ll make an enquiry by either submitting the below contact form or by calling our team on 13 18 19 (9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Fridays).

Our Child Inclusive Mediation team will be in touch with our enquiry over the next few business days. You will then organise the first appointment, either in-person at one of our sites, or via Telecare online.

Cost

Individual sessions are $80 per session.

For couples, $120 per session.

For children (aged 3 to 17), $10 per session.

For families, $120 per session and additional $10 per child.

Location

Child Inclusive Mediation can either take place in-person at our Bankstown or Lewisham office, or via Telecare (online or phone).

I really enjoyed drawing and the colourful artworks. I got to tell the worker that I don’t like when Mum and Dad fight in front of me. It makes me scared…she said she will share with Mum and Dad how I feel and not to be scared anymore.
