Disability Business Services

As part of CatholicCare’s Supported Employment program, paid employment is offered to participants through our cleaning, gardening and hospitality services.

Our educators teach and mentor participants to build the skills required to do a great job with a view to gaining full or part-time employment in the future outside of CatholicCare. These services are available for public hire.

At CatholicCare we know that meaningful work has a positive impact on people living with a disability and helps everyone to feel develop a sense of belonging and inclusion.

We are available to quote and hire across the following service areas:

Gardening

Our Gardening team provides services throughout Sydney’s Inner West and South West. The team is led by experienced supervisors and our supported employees are fully trained in garden maintenance, utilising a broad range of tools and equipment.

CatholicCare Sydney’s Disability Services offer professional gardening services throughout the Inner West and South Western Sydney to residential and corporate clients including:

  • Schools
  • Strata buildings
  • NDIS Clients
  • Home Care Clients
  • Housing Organisation
  • Parishes and more!


Our gardening team are friendly, experienced, and backed by a supportive team. In hiring our gardening team, you will be empowering people living with a disability to build their independence and improve their future.

Fees: Our gardening service rates start at $110.00 p/h

BariStars

CatholicCare’s mobile coffee trailers, vans and carts are excited to serve the community. Our fully trained and qualified Baristas or BariStars as we like to call them are proud of their new business venture and can’t wait to share it with you.
