What is the Sydney Children’s Contact Service?
The Sydney Children’s Contact Service provides supervised contact visits and changeovers for children and their separated parents.
The service offers a safe, child-focused and neutral environment for children and parents. Through supervised on-site visits and the supervised changeovers of children between parents, the service aims to give the children the opportunity to build positive relationships with their parents.

Who does the Sydney Children’s Contact Service support?
The Sydney Children’s Contact Service provides support to separated families with children up to 12 years of age (older siblings may also use the service) who may be affected by issues including:
- Conflict between parents
- A long period of separation between children and one of their parents
- Safety concerns for children spending time with a parent
- Disputes about parental arrangements
- Court orders relating to the above or other issues.
