Continued care for Sydney’s most vulnerable, when they need it most

COVID 19 update

As COVID-19 continues to impact our community, CatholicCare Sydney remains committed to providing essential services to those who need it most. This includes services to seniors, individuals and families, and all who require support during such times of uncertainty.

The wellbeing of staff and clients are of utmost importance. CatholicCare Sydney is taking every precaution necessary, in consultation with public health authorities, to ensure the health and safety of both staff and clients are protected.

For our Home Care clients, we would like to assure you that CatholicCare will continue to provide your Home Care services throughout this time of uncertainty. Rightly considered an essential service, home care services allow us to not only attend to your day-to-day needs but continually assess the support you need moving forward.

We are asking for our clients' support to help us minimise the impact and spread of viruses in our community. If you are experiencing or develop flu-like symptoms such as a fever, coughing, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath, we ask that you please take the following actions:

We will continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and adapt our services in line with advice from public health authorities. Additional restrictions and changes to services may need to be made over time and we appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.

If you have any questions about what services are available or how your CatholicCare service has been impacted, please call our CCareline on 13 18 19 or contact us online.
